Our teas are 100% natural, celebrated for their rich flavor and exceptional brewing endurance.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, China Post, Cainiao, and our dedicated Europe Local Line — typically arriving at your door within 7 to 15 business days. Our customer support team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  • 24–48 Hours Once your order is placed, our team picks, packs, and dispatches your tea within 24–48 hours. This short processing window ensures your tea arrives at peak freshness.
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak sales periods (e.g., November 11, Chinese New Year), processing may extend to 72 hours — advance notices will be posted on our homepage.

Why our Europe Local Line? For European destinations, orders are routed via our dedicated Europe Local Line, which offers faster customs clearance, lower costs, and reliable 7–15 day delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance in the destination country
  • Carrier delays, weather conditions, or other logistical issues
  • Force majeure events including but not limited to blizzards, typhoons, earthquakes, and pandemics
  • Peak holiday seasons (see “Holiday Delays” below)

minteashop is not liable for delays caused by the above factors, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the relevant carrier’s tracking page. You can track your package directly on:

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please email support@minteashop.com and our team will investigate on your behalf.

Because your order is shipped internationally from China, it may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) once it reaches your destination country (this is particularly common in the UK, France, and Germany).

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Please be aware that minteashop is not responsible for these charges. Any additional fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for specific tax rates before placing an order so there are no surprises upon delivery.
