Jin Jun Mei

Jin Jun Mei is the youngest of China’s famous black teas — created in Tongmu village in 2005 — and one of the hardest to make: only the buds are picked, and roughly 40,000 of them go into a single 500g batch. The result is a tea with almost no astringency, a honey-and-cocoa sweetness, and a long floral finish.
