Your satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. Because premium loose-leaf tea is a consumable, moisture-sensitive food product, we adhere to strict health and safety standards. Please read our return guidelines below.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we have a strict policy on what can be returned:

  • Unopened & Original Packaging Only: We can only accept returns for teas that remain completely unopened, with their original seals intact.
  • No Returns on Opened Tea: Once a bag or tin of tea has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We are unable to accept returns for opened teas based on personal taste preferences.

Tea is a beautiful, natural agricultural product. Just like fine wine, the characteristics of our leaves are deeply influenced by the terroir—the weather, soil, and harvest time in Fujian.

  • Natural Variations: You may notice slight variations in flavor profile, leaf color, or aroma between different harvest batches. This is a hallmark of authentic, farm-fresh tea and is completely normal.
  • These natural variations are not considered product defects and do not qualify as grounds for a defective-item return.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return the unopened product. However, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we made a mistake (e.g., sent you the wrong tea or a damaged package), we sincerely apologize! We will gladly cover the return shipping costs or send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Email our support team at [Insert Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. (Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as it may not be processed).
  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
